In Baden-Württemberg, the proportion of Ukrainians in employment is steadily increasing.

However, there are structural challenges that work against rapid integration into employment. Many of the refugees are single mothers and therefore only have limited opportunities to take up employment. Participation in integration and language courses and the economic situation also make it difficult to take up employment.
